Each Day, you’ll challenge yourself to commit to doing less to get more by committing to the daily practice of 7 Acts of Self-Care. Each day you will do your best to care for, fuel, and nourish your body, mind, and soul. Strive for progress, not perfection, and give yourself grace (a lot) as you do your best. Through consistency, you have laid the foundation to keep you going on your personal and fitness journey! Rachel will be with you every step of the way to answer questions, provide support, and more!

Each Week you’ll be given a new theme to help guide you through the challenge. Your goal is to beat the person you were the day before, the week before, and so on. You are your only competition. Each theme is designed to challenge you into becoming more aware of your daily and weekly habits, gain a new perspective of yourself and shine a light on areas that are holding you back from becoming your best and most confident self. Some themes will be harder than others, but that’s the point, challenge yourself to become mentally, emotionally, and physically fit as individuals, and as a community. 

At the End 30 Days: you'll have the tools, resources, and knowledge to continue your personal and fitness journey with a healthy body, a positive mindset, and a soul filled with self-love and gratitude so you can confidently step into who you're created to be.
